Shipping Times & Rates
  • Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and most countries around the world
  • For each address within the United States please allow 1-2 business days for processing
  • Items ordered together may not always ship together
  • Due to high demand our current shipping times are as follows:

    • USA: 6-9 business days
    • CANADA: 7-15 business days
    • EUROPE: 7-15 business days
    • ASIA & AFRICA: 7-15 business days
    • MIDDLE EAST: 7-15 business days
    • AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: 7-15 business days
    • LATIN AMERICA: 9-16 business days

More Information on Shipping:

  • Sales tax do not count toward the total amount
  • Free shipping for ALL orders placed globally
  • Duties and tariffs are not included in the total cost at checkout and will be determined by the customs authority of the destination country based on the value of your order and the local tax-free threshold
  • Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these charges
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or any additional charges incurred during the import process
Make to Order Schedule
  • Please allow an additional 7 days for delivery of standard make to order items
  • To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at support@aureolejewelry.com
Return Policy
  • Aureole accepts return for any non-customized item
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, tariffs, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition (unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
  • Customized items such as hand engraved jewelry are not returnable
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return at:  support@aureolejewelry.com
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider
  • Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in sellable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply
  • A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit
