Does it actually glow, or is that just the photos?
It actually glows. Luminous pigment absorbs light and releases it slowly. Charge it for 30 minutes in sunlight and you get up to about 4 hours. Wear it outside all day and it will glow all night.
What's the fastest way to charge it?
A UV torch. A few minutes and it's fully topped up, which is why it hits harder at a venue than at home. Our pocket UV torch clips onto your keys.
Will it arrive before my festival?
Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process, then 6 to 9 business days to arrive in the US (7 to 15 for most other countries). Shipping is free everywhere. If you have a date, order at least two and a half weeks out.
What about ring sizes?
Many rings, including the Aurora couple rings, are adjustable. Others come in US sizes 6 to 12 and you pick on the product page. Here's how to adjust a resizable ring.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Full details on our shipping and returns page.
